hello! i am miss c., 33, a writer, runner, yogini doing my best to live healthily.

this is what a woman looks like who has just graduated c25k.


i was kinda chubby, but pretty fit, until i got a great, stressful job right above a bakery, a thyroid disease and stopped working out. i gained about 20kg in three years. and successfully ignored it.

in april 2008, i saw some pretty awful photos of myself, finally stepped on a scale and joined weight watchers online. a year later, i started exercising. everything is different now. everything.

this is not a diet. this is life.
